I began my career in the dental lab business in Provo, Utah, where I trained for 10 years under the guidance of John Archibald and Dr. Gordon Christensen—two of the most respected names in the industry. Learning from these experts gave me invaluable experience in both the technical and business aspects of dentistry. After a decade of training, I had the opportunity to return to my hometown in Idaho, where I established my own dental lab. For over 30 years now, I’ve been running my lab and continue to enjoy every day working in this field.
My primary goal is to provide patients with the highest quality crowns, ensuring a perfect fit and functionality. In addition to crafting standard crowns, I’ve specialized in creating crowns with custom tooth tattoos for the past 15 years. These tattoos can range from simple designs like a heart with initials to more intricate artwork, such as horses, trout, or even cartoon characters.
I work closely with each patient to bring their unique ideas to life. After they share their design, I help them resize and adjust it to fit perfectly on a tooth. Whether the design is minimalist or complex, I ensure that the tattoo is embedded flawlessly into the crown, offering both durability and aesthetic appeal.
While I love making crowns and creating custom tooth tattoos, I also enjoy spending my spare time with my daughters, going fishing, and being outdoors in nature.
